Orders are processed within 24 – 48business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 5–10 business days within Europe.

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over
£50. For orders below £50, a flat shipping fee applies. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Didn't receive it? Check your spam folder, or contact us at info@lavayi.com with your order number.

For orders shipped within the European Union, customs fees do apply.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties / import VAT may apply.

Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Browse our collection, choose your bag and colour, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout. You'll be guided through the rest of the process in a few easy steps. If anything isn't clear, we're always happy to help at info@lavayi.com.

Some of our bags are available for pre-order when a new style or colourway is in production. When you place a pre-order, your card is charged at the time of purchase. Your estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page and confirmed in your order email. We'll keep you updated if anything changes.

You'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. It will include your order number, the items you ordered, and your delivery address. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at info@lavayi.com and we'll resend it.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately at info@lavayi.com and we'll do our best to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it. If that's the case, you can return it under our return policy.

We want you to love your Lavayi bag. If it isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging intact. Email info@lavayi.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Email us at info@lavayi.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day with your return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us.

Once we receive your return and confirm it's in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's been processed.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and a return label fee of €4.95 applies for change-of-mind returns.

All transactions are processed securely. Lavayi does not store your payment details.

Your order confirmation email serves as your purchase receipt and includes all order details. If you need a formal invoice for business purposes, email info@lavayi.com with your order number and your billing details and we'll arrange it for you.

First, double-check that your card details and billing address are entered correctly. If the issue continues, try a different payment method or contact your bank. Some banks block international online purchases by default. If you're still having trouble, email info@lavayi.com and we'll help.

We don't run regular sales or promotions. The best way to receive an exclusive welcome offer is to subscribe to our newsletter. New subscribers receive a discount on their first order. Sign up at the bottom of our homepage.
