Lavayi began with a question we couldn't stop asking:

THE CRAFT
We work with a small, trusted group of makers whose
craft we have examined closely, the stitching lines,
the edge finishing, the way the hardware sits in its
setting. We choose pebbled and smooth vegan leathers
that hold their form across seasons. We insist on
brass hardware with genuine weight, and zippers that
close with quiet precision.
There are no shortcuts visible in a Lavayi bag.
That is the intention.
