At Lavayi, we want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully so you know exactly
how it works.

RETURN PERIOD
we use a return period of 14 days during which the consumer may return his
or her package without giving any reason. The return period starts when the
package is received by the consumer. 

RETURN CONDITIONS
items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- returning in original packaging, including all accessories.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS
if you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Our team will get to you within 24-48 hours and choose the best solution. 

RETURN FEES
Returns are subject to a €3.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount (original payment method)
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track & trace or proof of shipment.

HOW TO START A RETURN 
To start a return, simply contact us at info@lavayi.com with:
- Your Full Name
- Order number
- Your reason of return

Our team will reply withing 24 -48 hours.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Team Lavayi does it's best to help you as soon as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will inspect it within 10 working days.
After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. 
Please note that it can take up to 7 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
