Shipping policy

At Lavayi, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after purchase, on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery takes 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all orders above a set threshold. The applicable shipping cost for your order will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become active.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Lavayi is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at info@lavayi.com. We will do our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@lavayi.com with your order number. We will investigate the matter with our shipping partner and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
